Learn a three part exercise that helps guide you to process your thoughts, acknowledge growth, find lessons, feel deeper peace. Whether you are looking to forgive another, an institution, yourself, or God, the technique may bring you some relief from carrying your disappointment, or anger, or pain. Once you learn the practice, you can carry it out in private, when the timing is right for you - as many times as you need to utilize it. The intention of this session will be to simply learn the process. We will hold some discussion, but there will be no requirement to share why you are attending or any other information that you may not want to share with anyone. We will offer some meditation time as well.
Two sessions are being held. One during the day, and then the same program repeated again in the evening. If you prefer that a Saturday a.m. session of this program be added, please let me know.
